| :: SURGERY ALL DONE :: |

So some of you knew this already but some didn't. For the past 7 years I have slowly been losing the ability to breathe through my nose. And lately I have been feeling like i am suffocating from nearly zero air flow through my nose.
So I finally went in for surgery today to get it "roto-rootered". The surgery went really really well. WAY better than I could have hoped. The only minor problem is that the doctor prescribed me a medicine I suspected I was allergic to and it turns out I AM allergic to it. So a good friend of mine offered a little bit of medicine that would work for tonight and delivered it on a fancy blue balloon string. Such a sweetie!
Thanks to all who helped and sent me get well wishes, mail, comments, texts, voicemails, and flowers. I love all my friends! You are all amazing!

Hey, did I miss an LJ post along the way? I had no idea you were going in for surgery! Well, I am glad it went well, and wish you a speedy recovery, and good, well-deserved, deep breathing for the rest of your days! *grins* (I had a similar surgery for a similar reason when I was 21.) *huggles!*
Yeah, I didn't really post about it at all. I hate to be a whiner anymore. :oP But I am proud of finally getting my shit together with all my health matters. Miss you! *huggles*
congratulations on your new noses! hehe

Congratulations... you are the first to know this on eLJay... but I am going to be doing a guest spot at a shop in Tampa next month. Wanna get your touchup and flower tattoo finally done?

No party... and no Atom. Just for a week. I quit smoking and mostly quit drinking. I am a pure bred workaholic now. And LOVING it.
what week and where at...and by party i don't mean rip roaring drunk...i don't get to see you much so i just want to spend some time with you and have fun, whatever that means...movies, bowling, mexican food or sushi and a margarita...whatever...even some shopping...There's some pretty good shopping to be had in Tampa...

Glad to hear things went well.
It is always good when ya manage to fix something that has been causing you to miss out on quality of life.

Oh HELL YEAH! I can't wait till the swelling and the crap up inside all clears out so I can maybe smell some fresh cut grass for the first time in 5 years.
Make sure you surround yourself with things you know give off nice scents. You don't want your first smell to be a bad one, trust me.

Oh wow! I need to look on here more often. I didn't know you had surgery. Glad it went well. Was it a deviated septum? Glad things went well and you can Breathe! Always a plus. | |
